According to our strong history in cardiovascular medicine we like in previous meetings are devoted to most recent developments in this field, and we have been able to attract the most prominent speakers in all areas of cardiovascular surgery. More than 700 abstracts have been submitted from all over the world, and we are very proud that in particular young researchers from countries which normally do not contribute or have difficulties in participating have submitted their scientific works.
We will again maintain the strong link between cardiac and vascular surgeons and both groups have created an amazing scientific program particularly in the field of Endovascular surgery which underlines the key role of ESCVS in this area.
Key note lectures, training courses, satellite symposia have been organised and there will be a large amount of new information to take home.
